Terms of Service

Welcome to Releasy. By downloading, installing or using the Releasy desktop app and its cloud services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Releasy is a desktop app plus a small set of cloud services (account sign-in and translation), provided “as is”. The free tier has no time limit; some capabilities require sign-in or a subscription.

2. Account & sign-in

You can sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your signed-in devices secure.

3. Your content & store credentials

• You are solely responsible for the Google / Apple store credentials you configure and for the content you publish (metadata, screenshots, builds, etc.), and you must comply with Apple’s and Google’s developer agreements, store policies and applicable law.
• We do not store your store credentials, and we will never submit or publish anything on your behalf without an action you explicitly trigger.

4. Translation quota

Server translation provides a monthly quota per plan; quota does not carry over. Requests beyond the quota will fail; upgrade your plan to continue.

5. Subscription & refunds (Pro, future)

Pro is billed on the cycle you choose and can be canceled anytime, taking effect at the end of the current period. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, use it for unlawful purposes, or circumvent quota or security mechanisms.

7. Disclaimer

Releasy helps you prepare and submit releases, but is not responsible for store review outcomes, rejections or delays, or the availability of third-party services (Apple, Google, DeepL, Stripe, etc.). The service comes without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
